This 1300sqft home had the spirit of a cottage. The property itself contains meandering low stone walls, boarding mature garden beds and a small creek that runs along the back of the property. The wood stove and use of natural finishes and warm layered textures add to it’s charm and character.

The house strikes a balance between modern styling and traditional materials that soundly reflects Madison’s approach to design.
